POLICY
Please notify Hotel La Petite Maison, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival, of any changes or cancellations. Reservations not canceled within 24 hours prior to arrival (local time in Paramaribo) will be subject to charges for one night's stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If the reservation is cancelled before 24 hours of arrival, 1 night’s room and tax will be charged.
If the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of arrival (after full payment has been taken) it is non-refundable.

NO SHOW CHARGES
All bookings are guaranteed by a credit card and late arrival. Failure to arrive will result in a no show charge being charged to your credit card up to the rack rate of the room booked.

CREDIT CARD REFUND
Should there be any cancellation / refund fees, Hotel La Petite Maison will deduct the relevant amount and the balance will be refunded to the same credit card used to make the reservations.
